Very recently built (2020) Sabbia &Mare is a facility with a modern and elegant design, practical and functional at the same time. The Residence is located in Rosolina mare, a famous tourist resort in the heart of the Po Delta Park in the Province of Rovigo- in Veneto- and only an hour away from the beautiful Venice.
Our new apartments are only a 100-meter walk from the private equipped beach.
The residence consists of two large blocks, one of which houses 42 apartments the other 34, spread over three above-ground floors, all served by elevators.
In the center of the Residence you will find a swimming pool for guests to use.
The two blocks are joined at the center by a lobby where you will find the Reception open and the on-site staff will be available for your every need.
All apartments have a sea view through a large balcony and are divided into two-room, three-room and four-room apartments; they are all very spacious, equipped with air conditioning separate living and sleeping areas, a large terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs, TV , washing machine, wi-fi, clothesline private covered parking inside. The kitchenette is complete with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and all supplies.
The residence rises on the cozy Piazza San Giorgio, the tourist hub of events, overlooked by numerous small businesses that provide the facility itself with the convenience of having "under the house" the major services: bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, deli, food and clothing stores, hardware/housewares, , and all the basic necessities.

They have a basic double room (possibly with a third bed) and then, depending on your choice, a single room and a sofa bed in the living room or a double room with bunk beds.This versatility, combined with modern design and spacious surroundings, offers an experience to suit all needs.
The spacious “DE LUXE” apartments, modern and elegant, boast the ability to accommodate up to 6 people with multiple solutions: in addition to the classic double bedroom (possibly with an extra single bed) and the sofa bed in the living room, they can have a single or a double with bunk beds. Their ability to adapt to various group needs, attractive design and views of our garden and pool (and, from the second floor up, the sea as well) make them excellent choices for group or family vacations.
